• Matters concerning the operation of the user participation system (new construction, expansion)
• Matters concerning the establishment of mid- to long-term overall plans for educational environment improvement projects
• Matters concerning the operation and management of the priority selection committee for educational environment improvement projects
• Matters concerning the process management, quality management, and construction site safety management (technical guidance, etc.) of facility projects (new construction, expansion, etc.)
• Matters concerning the establishment of the seismic reinforcement project promotion plan
• Matters concerning the establishment of safety enhancement plans
• Matters concerning the management of the school facility integrated information system (new construction, expansion)
• Matters concerning consultation on urban management plans for new schools
• Matters concerning consultation with related organizations for new school facility projects
• Matters concerning the educational environment evaluation (facilities) for new schools
• Matters concerning the post-construction and supervision evaluation
• Matters concerning the building certification such as Green Building/G-SEED
• Matters concerning accessible facilities and barrier-free facilities (BF)
• Matters concerning the building energy management system (BEMS)
• Matters concerning renewable energy, air conditioning and heating facilities, and ESCO projects
• Matters concerning the installation and operation of CCTV cameras in schools (new construction, expansion)
• Matters concerning the purchase of governmental materials (new construction, expansion)
• Matters concerning the itemized unit cost
• Matters concerning the execution and management of outsourced construction technical management services (new construction, expansion)
• Matters concerning facility-related integrity tasks and system improvement (new construction, expansion)
• Matters concerning the establishment and management of educational facility safety certification plans
• Matters concerning the establishment of plans for safety inspection (regular, occasional)
