  • Matters concerning the budgeting of salaries and labor costs for special operating positions (facility manager, duty staff, cleaning hygienist)
  • Matters concerning the establishment and implementation of comprehensive policies concerning term employees in the education field
  • Matters concerning personnel, discipline, service, reward, education, and evaluation of term employees in the education field (however, detailed business plans for each job classification and operation shall be promoted by the relevant departments)
